From within macOS: Go to About This Mac → System Report → Controller or iBridge. If you see Apple T2 Security Chip, your device has T2.

If the device is iCloud locked:

Check the Mac model (written on the bottom of the device or on the box). Most MacBook Pro/Air (2018+), Mac mini (2018), and iMac Pro models include T2.
