2. Supported IMEI Status

• Only devices with Clean (Eligible), Any days Active on Cricket Network status qualify for our services.
• Devices reported as lost, stolen, or blacklisted are not supported.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Estimated processing time: 1–25 business days (approximately up to 35 calendar days).
• Business days: Monday to Friday only.

Please note:

• Operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Processing times may vary depending on supplier response and external factors.

4. Delays & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted unless the supplier explicitly approves the cancellation request.
• Delays may occur due to third-party processing, and we are not responsible for such delays.

5. Refund Policy & Warranty

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect carrier information provided
• Incorrect device model submitted
• IMEI already unlocked prior to submission
• Duplicate IMEI submissions

Additional Terms:

• No relock warranty is provided.
• No refunds will be issued if a device becomes relocked at any point in the future.
• we cannot guarantee 100% that we will able to unlock your device
• Refund are only issued to Website user account in case of order failures stating not eligible if they do not meet Unlock eligibility criteria, We do not offer payments to original payment method
• in case of service is experiencing down time or has failed completely you are eligible for 100% Full refund to original payment method, There will be a $2 payment withdrawal Transfer Fees applicable
