By accessing our services, submitting an order, or making a payment, you (the "Customer") explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from making an order.
1. Device Eligibility and Supported Models
To qualify for service, the Customer's device must meet all of the following strict criteria:
- Supported Models: Service is exclusively available for Apple iPhone 16 Series and Apple iPhone 17 Series. No other iPhone models (including older generations) are supported.
- Supported Carriers: The device must be locked to Boost Mobile or Dish Network. Devices locked to any other carrier are ineligible.
- Device Status: The device must be Clean (not reported lost, stolen, or fraudulent) and must have been Active on the supported network for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
- Exclusions: Blacklisted devices are strictly not supported. Any attempt to submit a blacklisted IMEI will result in immediate rejection and forfeiture of fees.

2. Order Submission and Cancellation Policy
- Submission Finality: Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled by the Customer. Cancellations are only possible if the order status remains "Pending" and has not yet been approved or processed by our supplier.
- Supplier Approval: All orders are subject to validation and approval by third-party suppliers. We reserve the right to reject any order prior to processing without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy and Liability
- Incorrect Submission: No refunds will be issued for errors made by the Customer, including but not limited to:
- Wrong Carrier selection.
- Wrong Model selection.
- Submission of an IMEI that is already unlocked.
- Duplicate IMEI submissions.
- Warranty Period: A 24-hour warranty applies only upon the successful delivery of the unlock code. This warranty covers technical failures to apply the code within 24 hours of receipt.
- Post-Expiry: No refunds or support will be provided after the 24-hour warranty period expires.
- Failed Orders: In the event of a failed order (where the unlock code cannot be generated):
- Refunds are issued exclusively as site credit to the Customer's website account balance.
- No refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (USDT wallet).
- Site credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Success Rate Disclaimer
- Probability: The Customer acknowledges that the unlocking process carries a success rate ratio of approximately 40%.
- No Guarantee: There is no guarantee of a successful unlock. The Customer accepts the risk that the service may fail due to carrier restrictions, server-side locks, or other technical limitations beyond our control.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding to checkout and completing a transaction, the Customer certifies that:
- They have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
- Their device is an iPhone 16 or 17 Series locked to Boost or Dish.
- The device is Clean, has been Active for 12+ months, and is not blacklisted.
- They accept the 40% success rate and the no-refund policy for incorrect submissions or expired warranties.
- They understand that refunds for failed orders are limited to site credit only.
