  3. Choose The Department (If Order Delay Or Not Unlock Issue Please Select "Delay Order/Verification" if Account Or Paymnet Issue Please choose "Payment Not Add Issue").
  4. in Subject Field Please Type Your issue Example ( imei Order Delay: 123456789012345).
  5. Select Corret Ticket Cetagory.
  6. In "Message" Field Explain your issue for Example Your Order is delay

type Your imei 

Type Exact Servie Name 

& Type the exact issue you are facing (Without Any Exact Error Explaination we will not process your complain)
